  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversee all departments<\/p><\/li>

  2. Develop and implement business plans and operational strategies<\/p><\/li>

  3. Ensure compliance with transport, labor, and regulatory laws<\/p><\/li>

  4. Manage budgets, revenue targets, and performance indicators<\/p><\/li>

  5. Represent the company to stakeholders, partners, and regulators<\/p><\/li>

  6. Supervise senior management and ensure team performance<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport Management, or related field (Master\u2019s degree is an advantage)<\/p><\/li>

    2. Minimum of 7\u201310 years managerial experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or tech-enabled services<\/p><\/li>

    3. Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
