  1. Supervise daily ride operations and driver activities<\/p><\/li>

  2. Monitor service quality, trip fulfillment, and response times<\/p><\/li>

  3. Implement operational policies and procedures<\/p><\/li>

  4. Resolve operational challenges and escalations<\/p><\/li>

  5. Coordinate with customer support and driver onboarding teams<\/p><\/li>

  6. Prepare operational performance reports<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field<\/p><\/li>

    2. 5+ years experience in operations or fleet management<\/p><\/li>

    3. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
