  1. Recruit and onboard drivers onto the platform<\/p><\/li>

  2. Verify driver documents and vehicle compliance<\/p><\/li>

  3. Conduct driver orientation and training<\/p><\/li>

  4. Monitor driver performance and compliance<\/p><\/li>

  5. Serve as liaison between drivers and management<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    3. Good interpersonal and record-keeping skills<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
