Job Description
Responsible for managing daily operations to ensure smooth ride-hailing services, driver efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities
Supervise daily ride operations and driver activities
Monitor service quality, trip fulfillment, and response times
Implement operational policies and procedures
Resolve operational challenges and escalations
Coordinate with customer support and driver onboarding teams
Prepare operational performance reports
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
5+ years experience in operations or fleet management
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
