Job Description
The General Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversee all departments

  2. Develop and implement business plans and operational strategies

  3. Ensure compliance with transport, labor, and regulatory laws

  4. Manage budgets, revenue targets, and performance indicators

  5. Represent the company to stakeholders, partners, and regulators

  6. Supervise senior management and ensure team performance

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

  2. Minimum of 7–10 years managerial experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or tech-enabled services

  3. Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills
