Job Description
Manages driver recruitment, verification, training, and ongoing engagement.
Major Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard drivers onto the platform
Verify driver documents and vehicle compliance
Conduct driver orientation and training
Monitor driver performance and compliance
Serve as liaison between drivers and management
Experience & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Experience in driver management or HR is an advantage
Good interpersonal and record-keeping skills
